Why BE Connected Exists

BE Connected was founded in 2017 by Chad M. Brush after more than two decades in IT. Chad had seen a pattern too many small and mid-sized businesses recognized: technology providers that were hard to reach, quick to sell, slow to explain, and inconsistent when problems disrupted the workday.

BE Connected was built to give businesses in the Greater Nashville Area a different kind of IT relationship. The goal was not to overwhelm clients with technical language or sell tools they did not need. It was to help them understand their environment, reduce avoidable risk, support their people, and keep technology aligned with the way the business actually operates.

Today, BE Connected supports organizations across Middle Tennessee, including healthcare, professional services, and other risk-aware businesses that depend on secure, reliable systems. Our work is grounded in clear communication, documented processes, practical cybersecurity, and a local team that takes ownership of the client experience.
